60 person case loads, pay the same for someone with smaller case load, hard work rule violations, high turnover, and 6 page job descriptions

If you are a preschool teacher you have the summers off and that isn't great for most of us who need to work year-round.

Generous PTO but with a “catch “. Minimal travel. Predominately set hours

Cons

All PTO is pre-determined days. Takes 90 days before you can be paid for company holidays or company wide days off. Horrible, Disorganized , unprofessional and incompetent training and supervisory staff.
