Able to take off if needed and able to flex hours—sometimes—if I would work late.

Cons
Lack of diversity
Favoritism
Some bullying—someone in management was very good at bullying and left over a year ago so then it somewhat improved, however the CEO was aware—very aware—and did not put a stop to it as she should have.
Salary is NOT good at all.
There is a lot of work that needs to be done at this organization. Disjointed leadership leading to departmental divides, miscommunication, and mistrust, and a lack of accountability for underperforming leaders and employees.
