The job can be emotionally exhausting at times and some families can be more difficult than other but your supervisors give you so much support. Very rewarding job!

Upper management is super condescending. The pay is terrible. They tell you not to talk about your pay with your peers and avoid giving raises. They handled covid terribly, particularly for the lowest paid workers. Want everyone cross training so you can do more work for the same pay.
