Upper management and program supervisors are unorganized and not very supportive of site supervisors which is why i didnt want to pursue a full time position there as a site supervisor. I heard a lot about the poor communication and unprofessionalism by program supervisors that it honestly drove me away from continuing with this organization. Site supervisors do not get paid well enough for what they do and have to put up with when they do not have supportive management backing them up. I also heard the organization can be very kl-icky which is something I didnt personally experience as a teacher assistant but heard about thro my site supervisors.
