      over-worked and underpaid. Few opportunities to develop within the agency. Little expansion/growth of agency Increased amount of administrative responsibilities taking away from direct work with clients. Significant gap between front line and management

      Colleagues are amazing and supportive of one another. Strong supportive union.

      Cons

      The quality of your experience and treatment will depend on who's managing your team. Not going to elaborate but be careful if the job looks too good on paper.

      Pros

      Free tea bags, lovely private booths for working in comfort, manager gives you a lot of a freedom to do your work and provides plenty of training, support. Everyone is made to feel welcome and if you're an introvert you will love the environment.

      Cons

      None that i can think of it really helped me settle into Canada working for this company.
