The pros are the passion some of the staff have for the children being cared for. There are also some very nice people that work there.
Cons
There are so many cons in this job. 1. The management is unethical. 2. The staff turn-around is unlike any job I have ever seen. 3. They treat their existing employees like trash. 4. There is nepotism. 5. The management is under-developed and under trained. 6. They are underhanded and take advantage of people.
