Pros

Bi-Weekly pay check, decent benefits.

Cons

Executive leadership does not have any long term plan or strategy. Management seems to be making things up as they go, constantly changing goals and performance metrics. Management is unable to communicate clearly with staff, and blames staff for 'miscommunication.' Executive Leadership are all resting on their laurels and expect to be respected simply because of their job title. All upper level development staff are in over their heads and as a result, the Development Department has become a revolving door of employees who respect themselves too much to continue to be harassed and belittled by management.

Pros

Good pay, rewarding job, good social service non-profit. I believe in their mission and the work that they do.

Cons

Need to Improve training for managers and directors so that they know how to run a program. A lot of money the company receives can be used for more useful purposes. It should go more towards helping families and not “look good events”

Pros

- emphasis on work-life balance- and they mean it. - Uper management is respectful and communicative. - Good benefits including vacation & sick days, company holidays, healthcare, 401k, and the opportunity to work remotely (for some staff)

Cons

- Not many oportunities for career growth if you want to improve salary over the years. Other than that, can't think of many.
