Pros

Friendly coworkers, Decent Benefits, Evangelical Christian Work Environment (if that appeals to you)

Cons

Weak management at every level, Poor pay for duties performed, Minimal advancement opportunities, If you do well you will receive more and more work but they will not raise your pay to match your new duties, People leave and they don't rehire and just pass the work on to other staff that are already overworked, working harder not smarter is the norm, reporting is regularly manipulated to make it appear like more is happening just to appease donors and staff, Serious cases of managerial misconduct reported to HR with no ramifications, Do Not Work Here!
