They say you are treated like family but you are not

relaxed environment - can wear shorts in the summer you have to pay for them but the health care benefits are not bad

Cons

very professional looking up front but very unprofessional behind the scenes the promised bonus was not paid out for 2014 pay is very minimal - not much better than minimum wage they do not practice what is preached - the company values listed are not followed whatsoever Always looking for a take away from employees never a give back Do not expect to advance or make a decent wage in this company, I was there for 5 years with no advancement and minimal pay raises. They will show you pictures of the corporate jet in a business meeting then say there is no money for an employee bonus Stay AWAY

Seemed like a family orientated, friendly place to work at "first".

Cons

They do not follow their own fundamentals, yet preach it like they do. They allow work place harassment and discrimination. If you can't take it, they fire you. Saw it happen to others as well. Avoid them at all costs. They are a two faced company. One of the worst I have worked for yet.
