      Small, intimate, privately owned company so no crazy corporate structure.

      Cons

      Some coworkers are horrendous and fight to do as little work as possible. Owner is easily swayed to make decisions whether good or bad.

      the people. they're great. pto is one of the best around.

      pay is far below the average salary of any given position. upper management is clueless about how to run a company. the owner is comically unaware of how bad his management team is.
