Not much at all. Free food.
Cons
Terrible pay/work ratio. They make up their Glassdoor reviews to deliberately improve their online reputation. Management is incompetent.

Have been with the company a few years now, and have watched senior management keep upping their game. This has been a big inspiration to push myself to raise the bar on my own work. Also exciting to see some of the newer things we're doing really take off and open up all sorts of new projects and challenges. I love coming to work and being able to learn and be useful at the same time. That's what I've always been able to do here.
Cons
Bigger projects can really be demanding on time.
