      - Really healthy place to work. - Close proximity with the leaders - Constant feedback for performance improvement - Code well structured with highly care for quality and re-usability

      Cons

      - Medium-Low salary range with low expectation for increases. - Product Management lacking quality - Some deadlines are so tight the manager prefer to sacrifice quality over late deployments.
