- Working with a variety of creators - creative job
Cons
- no clear company direction or vision - favoritism is HUGE here. If you are cool with the CEO you get more opportunities, better clients, better PAY - no company standards. Rules change based on who you are. - company is going downhill fast and there’s no plan on how to grow
