      Laid back atmosphere, flexible work environment

      Cons

      dreadful and immature leaders, leaders and owners have no experience in what they are doing, continually lie to clients and have zero structure in place, They drink and do drugs on the job, They lie to you about your compensation and will pay someone more to do the same job based on favoritism, discriminate towards gays.
