Strict NO for Sales/Pre-sales/BD

Writing this after an year of leaving FarEye so not an outburst. For sales/pre-sales/BD: 1. Constant verbal abuse. 2. It won't matter if you are hired for any of the above profile. You'll have to work for all the above mentioned roles with the tasks of a BA and Account Mgr. Also, you'll have to do your manager's work as well. 3. No work-life balance. No respect for personal time. For developers: You'll be working on something that would add no value to your acquired technical skills. Imagine yourself in an interview after fareye and being asked about the technologies you worked on. Your answer - None.

1. No defined working. You are forced to work minimum 12 -13 hours of your day. 2.No respect of personal time. 3. No working or planning management. 4. Burden on existing emoloyees due to lack of manpower 5. Deterioration in working ambience

1)Friendly environment to work which actually encourages to put your best. 2)Salary is good

Cons

1)No Job Security at all. 2)It can happen that 1 day you are working hard and next day your access will be removed and you will be asked to sign mutual Separation. 3)Layoffs happened twice this financial year. One on June and other on Jan. New Joiners were targeted. Layoff was not related to one's Performance. People handling 2-3 Projects were laid off. 4)No transparency during Lay off
