Nothing positive to share regarding this company. If you work more than 2 years there you will become dumb

Cons

- Working hours is 10:30 hours inclusive of 1:20 hrs break -Very worst management. They will not do anything favour to employee. - Managers have no skill set. They dont even have the project knowledge. -Managers wont allow you to learn new technologies because they are unaware of the basic knowledge of their domain. -Getting permission and leave from the management is nightmare. If you ask leave as sick they will not approve, they will tell us to come and work. -Very worst notice period system. HR will not reply properly, They have their new set of policy. -If management is taking any decision in regarding employee policy they wont even consider your thoughts. You have no right to speak. You will treated as slaves.

Was a great place to learn and grow. Good Team members to share and support both personally and professionally.

Cons

It was a great place. But recent days management lost its stability by delivering unstable decisions every day/week/month. Long term loyal employees and just treated as smiley faces. Job security is just in words. Multiple layoffs done in 2 years(for financial reasons) but still assuring in words that is will not happen again.
