      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Faraday. Although the compensation wasn't great, they trained me well and I developed a lot of good skills.

      Non-competitive salary, and not a ton of support for low-level engineers

      Pros

      Cool tech, some cool people work there. Potentially huge upside if the founders and investors didn't fleece the options/equity.

      Cons

      Was lied to multiple times about the product, data, and marketing/sales from Founders and Directors, aka senior folks. Was apart of a 12ish person Reduction in Force (RIF) the day before cross country travel and a few days after closing a very large public company. Had to fight for my compensation after RIF.
