Horribly managed company

Pros

Good work experience if you look for it.

Cons

The CEO has high hopes to have a top of the line financial company. Unfortunately the management team in place is destroying the company by operating like its 1950. Outdated technology, zero policies in place and they fire good people faster than they can hire mediocre people to replace them. There are 100+ people cramped into the smallest cubicles ever.

Make the harder choice

Pros

- real toxic personalities in supervisory and tenured positions are involved here so any pros won't matter - if you're getting an invitation or offer for a scheduling role from this company, it's an enticingly easy choice but please keep reading

Cons

- zero stars rating for zero-integrity individuals working for years at this financial services company - it's astounding that these people managed to rise through the ranks and continue to work at this company flying under the radar - which says a lot about this organization as a whole - that "no integrity" is systemic and endemic to this company's culture - these people don't lack the skills and competence to do their jobs but have major, almost fatal, character flaws that should not be tolerated - yet they are tolerated - but then you don't have to; you have a choice - you'll work with deceitful, vindictive, despotic, apathetic people - because of these character flaws, these people will never change; you can be sure they exhibit consistent deplorable behaviors towards everyone at all times in all aspects of their lives - and that "everyone" will include you if you decide to take this job - and you'll have no voice, no recourse - and that'll be your everyday working life - but then again, you don't have to; you have a choice - so make the harder choice and keep looking; take your talents and skills somewhere else - do yourself a favor and think long term; the right one will come along with patience; this is the harder choice - but harder choices now lead to an easier life later - and easier choices now, harder life later - you choose

Don't do it

Pros

Decent pay, there are some really good people working there. The training is great.

Cons

You can get fired in a heartbeat. I know of two people fired on their first day. If someone doesn't like you, you may well end up fired, for no legitimate reason.
