      - Farbman Group seeks to bring people on for careers, not just jobs. People tend to stay due to fair wage, considerate job expectations and a fun and friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Tough industry right now, but if you are going to work in commercial real estate I would recommend working at Farbman Group.

      I couldn't recommend this company enough to prospective employees. We are a team committed the wellbeing of all of our clients, tenants, vendors, and coworkers. The company is guided by the strictest moral and ethical codes, and always seeks to do the right thing. Employees have a voice, and the company routinely looks for honest feedback from employees to ensure that it evolves to meet employees' ever-changing needs.
