Pros

You can make trauma bonds with your coworkers!

Cons

FareStart cares more about image, numbers, and getting bodies through their doors more than the lives of their students. They have inequitable hiring and promoting practices. Every employee that works in Programs department is miserable.

Pros

Great care is given to students who enter the program. The quality of training for students sets them up for success. Students really have a sense of pride and accomplishment when they complete the program and get to put their new skills and abilities to good use.

Cons

There isn't much development of employees. Problematic managers are kept on and not coached.
