Pros

Compassionate folks who are also passionate about the work. Organization leads with standards of equity, transparency and accountability. Investing in their staff; training, education and mentorship. Competitive compensation.

Cons

We have so much to do and so much going on that larger projects and focus shifts can take longer than we'd like.
