Pros
I've been Jim's employee for almost three years and he's the kind of person who would take "from his plate" to give to his employees. I've worked for a few other IT Companies before Farnes Computers and I can say without shadow of a doubt, working for Jim was the best thing that’s ever happened to me professionally. Every day we deal with new challenges technically speaking and that drives us to constantly learn new things and improve our skills. FYI- If you are a dedicated and competent employee, Jim will value your work and increase your salary accordingly. In over two and a half years as Jim's employee, my salary has increased in 30% and I never had to ask for a raise. That's the kind of person Jim is! Also, for every IT Certification you eventually get, Jim will automatic increase your pay grade. Jim is always promoting his employee's specialization and skills improvement.
