I enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with Farol many years ago and was pleased to return in a managerial role later in my career. I have enjoyed and thrived on the growth and pace of Farol. The company has seen great growth over the years but maintains a family business feel. There is easy communication with senior management and the owners, which aids me in achieving my goals, and worth to the business.

Everyday brings about new challenges, its fast paced and full of energy to succeed. Farol is very diverse and always willing to take on new ideas to increase business and customer experience. The drive and support from senior management makes me feel confident in my role and clear on my goals. I feel valued as a member of the team and not just an employee.
