Great for work experience/ great employee discount/ clients become family

Pros

Family oriented company,this is when there were fewer locations. Every one in corporate was very hands on with training the staff and making you feel at home. The discount is great if you're a plus size. Promotion is possible if you work hard, and understand the culture of the company.

Cons

Not having properly trained store managers can effect the culture of the store. There's not a shortage of under qualified store managers that are left to run some of the new location. This results in poorly trained staff, that are not happy to work and a dying culture of what the company is trying to build.

Great place to Start. Learn alot about the retail business/ alot of independence. Ceo's work closely at each company. Ceo's are only a call away Co Workers are like family. Promotion opportunities Flexibility Discount

Cons

As the company grows the rules get stricter and the concept of family has been diminishing. The usually gave a commission on Squeem sales when I start it was 5 dollars each vest and when I left it was a dollar each. The Hours got cut pretty bad and I was left working a day or two before I left. They had the stylists doing a thousand things that I think was too much for a basic sales associate for do. but The company Overall is decent.
