I don't why disgruntled employees are allowed to post here!!! CEO of Fashom cares a lot about the employees, she makes sure everyone is treating well and equally. I loved being a part of the mission of the company. The company and all employees are purpose driven. Numerous contributions to charities are done. We even went on a boat trip to celebrate a month we didn't even meet our goals! Yes, that's how much we were taken care off. There's group meditation everyday. There's group lunches, hangouts. It's a fun place to work at.

Growth and learning have to be my drivers. I have seen the company grow very very fast in the last 2 years. With that growth comes opportunity to try new things execute fast and take on more. I’ve delivered new things - Cloud architecture, AI engine, Data Warehouse. I can see this becoming a 1000 man company in less than 5 years.
