Being a renowned organization we follow a protocol just like any other organization to ensure the safety of the company as well as the employees. And about the contract, it's part of our company process. We don’t hide anything from our team members. All of the requisite documentation & other formalities are made clear during the interview phase.We don’t hold on to anyone’s documents or salaries. We have Full & Final(FnF) Settlement process in place for employees leaving the organization. Faspin Technologies is a reputed Digital Marketing Agency which follows industry norms and protocols. We appreciate our employees with increment, incentives on regular basis to reward their hard work, efforts and dedication. Once you join the organization, you have 1 week trial period as well before signing any agreement. I’m surprised why you worked here for that long if you had that many issues. We treat everyone with respect(including our office support staff as well). We believe in growth and development of the company along with their employees.
