Pros
Very little. There are genuinely good people here looking to support you, but management is a joke.
Cons
This company is a disaster. Far from a "break/fix" desktop support company, it's actually just an excuse to sell poorly supported franchises to unsuspecting would-be entrepreneurs. The owner has several companies under one roof, all of which are excuses to sell poorly supported franchises, and all serviced by his woefully understaffed company. Do not work for them, and DO NOT buy in, it's a trap.

Got great ideas from other franchise owners to run my business successfully.
Cons
Outdated business model. Ineffective advertising. Preferential treatment to high volume franchises. Absolutely nothing in return for franchise fee.
