* Good team work. * Flexible timing. * Chance to work with new technologies. * A good learner has scope to improve on knowledge.
Cons
* Attrition rate is higher. * Company never gone 100+ employees. * Looks like they are satisfied with current strength and don't want to grow. * Appraisal process is not standard. Its a time consuming * Don't expect that you will be treated well while leaving the job.

Pros
You can get leaves at any time. Opportunity to work on Microsoft project (but very few gets this chance). Good development work. Exposure to new technologies.
Cons
-Salary is not as per market standard. -Top level management people need to change their attitude and ego. -Project interview task is pathetic. I have never seen 8hr - 16hr of project interview task in any company. You can't check the ability of employee on this. Straight forward question is that why to keep 8hr of project interview task when an employee is selected in company after clearing 5 rounds. It is like "Directors" have no confidence on project leads who takes the interviews. Isn't it true? -Company is not at all interested to grow.
