This company will hire anyone for a management position. The number 1 problem with Fast Wireless is the VERY low pay for the amount of time and effort you put into the job especially when they expect so much from you. No PTO, 401K, no overtime/holiday pay, & they never list the amount of hours worked on your paystubs. ADVICE to possible applicants: You're better off working at McDonalds, trust me you'll definitely get paid more.

This job will teach you a decent amount about running a business and what you don’t want from a job.

Cons

Toxic, not concerned about customer relationships, punishment and public ridicule, miscommunication or total lack of communication, a very small outfit with no knowledge on how to run a business for their employees.

Terrible management. Sales goals are arranged in a way for the company to take your commission at every possible opportunity. Reaching sales goals barely pays. Extremely dishonest. Employees are pressured into activity that is harmful to customers.
