Cons

raises suck, if you get one after a year. Good luck if a team members leave because you'll need to take on double work for no additional pay, expect 1 csm to have over 2k clients, instead of actually focusing on being a csm its more customer support

Pros

- Profoundly competent developers - Very kind and considerate colleagues in multiple departments - Not burdened by corporate bureaucracy

Cons

- Founder in-group is very cliquish - Multiple OSHA and NLRB violations, including worker intimidation - No HR outside of CFO - No accountability for management - Low respect for subject matter experts - "Work hard, play hard" just meant working hard - Management seemed to discriminate against women and POC - Hourly workers treated as less than salaried - Remote work was discontinued for all but select developers despite consistently increasing revenue
