Fasthosts has great team spirit and has good energy. New off and DC facilities are best in class!

Cons

2024 organizational changes means that it is no longer independant and no longer has the same dynamism and agility!

I can work remote most of the time, this is a hybrid role. The company culture is great and the people are good to work with. Good work life balance. Good opportunities to develop and advance within the company.

Cons

Travel is the only thing that is a minor inconvenient if you live a long way.

Cons

Some of the parent company (IONOS) decisions are not well commuicated internally - but the local team in the UK does the best they can.
