Pros
If you made the efforts to check out this company here, then you are probably a person who wants a good satisfying job with good exposure, good working environment and a descent pay. You will not get any of this here..... You want to ruin your career? This is the place to be. Even after thinking very hard for any "pros", the sweet receptionist and the good coffee is the only good thing i can think off...
Cons
Just name a few, there are thousands of these: #Worst than any 'Lala Company" #The salary will come 10 days late (n half of what your offer letter says) #They will find reasons to cut your salary now and then.. 1) You got free from a meeting in greater noida at 6 PM. #Office timings are till 6.30 PM. Doesnt make sense to go back to Janakpuri off course since you stay in South Delhi. #Half an hour salary cut.... 2) You were working in office till 2 AM one night... next day you reach office at 12 noon. Guess what? You have earned yourself 2 hour cut in pay for all your efforts.... I can go on and on with such examples #Your job role will differ than what they told you during the interview #Management sucks big time, useless, good for nothing, biggest dumb fools possible #No HR, no policies, no nothing #The company has no values, there aim is: no one can get business here by speaking the truth, lie and get it. #Horrible working environment #You are not allowed to have a life
