Pros

There is never a shortage of work, if you apply yourself you can learn how to run a property in a year. Unfortunately after that there really isn't much of anything.

Cons

Always expect to be underpaid and to have little; to no input on business decisions. There is little room for growth and advancement within the company.

Cut throat office , alliances , weekend work required, pay is low , If you are not buddy buddy with the manager , you will be singled out , play their way or find another job

I love how many people employed with Fath are happy to be employed and stay for years. Fath is very dedicated to the residents and their needs and I really love this. Love the customer service that Fath overall provides.
