Pros
There are so many pros to working at Fathom. The product is easy to use and customers absolutely love it! The team is the best part of Fathom though. Everyone is incredibly intelligent and willing to do what it takes to help customers and other team members.
Cons
Start up life is not for everyone. You have to be adaptable and willing to try new things!

Pros
- Fully remote - Growing _exceptionally_ fast - Scales very efficiently - Smart and dynamic team - Customers _love_ our product - I can't recommend working here enough!
Cons
- We're a startup, so processes, procedures, etc... are new, nonexistent, or in flux regularly. I don't believe this is a major negative, it's just part of being a company at this stage.
