The direct person I work with is extremely negative making it real hard to work there, I go in happy and leave unhappy not because of my job but because this one person is so miserable and negative. and if your happy he will suck the happiness right out. by complaining about the company and everyone in it. No one can do the job right but him. Its so exhausting.

Consistent mandatory overtime, unpaid for salaried workers. New management forces everyone (accounting, HR, engineering, sales team, etc) to work down in the shop floor, making and packaging parts, while still being expected to not let their normal duties slip. New employees severely underpaid Building is not efficiently climate controlled, sweltering in summer, freezing in winter, and large leaks in the roof everywhere.
