Pros
People are leaving so fast you are pretty much guaranteed to get a job at pretty much any level you apply. It also looks like they are attempting to do damage control by responding to some of the reviews on Glass Door. That's the first time I've seen the current CEO and his people ever even make an attempt to appear as if the care about current and former employees.
Cons
Not sure I can list them all here. Horrible work-life balance. Horrible upper-level management. All the loyal guests we once had are now done with us because we left what we once were and they see the way long term employees are treated at the company. It all starts at the top. They don't have enough money to pay vendors or the rent on their stores so they had to start shutting them down. And don[t think for a second if those people aren't getting paid that you will be receiving bonuses that were promised. They have been pushed off or canceled/not paid so many times it isn't funny. Oh and if you ask for the money they promised they would bonus you, they will tell you to "call a lawyer." Beware!
