      Pros

      Friendly Christian environment. Helped develop my professional skill set.

      Cons

      The compensation does not match the job requirements at all. Their salaries are well below the standard in higher education, and lower than most entry level positions. No opportunity for advancement. They just keep adding responsibilities and do not increase in pay at all.
