      Basic learning platform while seeking better offer.

      Pros

      Self learning and multi tasking even not under your job scope. Survive more than one year to provide yourself good mentality and positive thinking. Working at another company just a piece of cake for you in future.

      Cons

      No quality. Skip procedure, unstable and no systematic. Extremely hard to apply annual leave, strongly relevant statement provided and signed by 3 HOD only reasonable to approve. High turnover average 3 to 5 person tender resign letter and mostly planning to seek new job. Working out of your job scope and just follow up the stuff not related. Political environment, once being blacklisted will threaten you change department or make you feel hopeless and resign automatically.

      Pros

      Can learn a lot of thing (university of favco) heavy industry and tough environment, bad for health if you not inside air-cond room.

      Cons

      Bad working culture. Turn over rate is high. Keep recruit fresh graduated engineer. why not make people stay? Political environment, once being blacklisted will threaten you change department or make you feel hopeless and resign automatically. human resource department is to train people especially the technical training department. beware to the superior of this two department.
