Pros

Faversham House is a very supportive company to work for. They really put their people first by creating routes for progression, supporting working families with very flexible working, always innovating which keeps work interesting. They offer a great salary and benefits package and are always looking at new offerings to support their staff (a recent addition to our benefits package is to have your birthday off as a day's paid leave). It's not often you join a company where the CEO will support your onsite event team so you can be home to be with your child on their birthday!

Cons

I'd like to live a bit closer to the office, but on the flip side, free onsite parking is a bonus!

Pros

FH cares about its people and their development, and the company provides a lot of opportunities to learn and pick up new skills. It also has a strong culture that rooted in values of sustainability, care for one's work, and excellence. FH produces some of the best events and content in the energy industry.

Cons

Not a self starter? This probably isn't the place for you.
