They get the employees overworked, profit matters, nothing else. Low salaries. No opportunities provided for employees whatsoever. You get stuck in the same position with the same salary for years if you are not careful enough, moreover the management will try to gaslight you when you ask about career or salary growth. People get burn out and leave. 5-6 people stood up this year from all sorts of different departments as of my knowledge this year. The management consist of friends and relatives.
