Pros
Fawry -as a company- has lots of pros and many of them depend on your direct manager You could learn so much If you have a good direct manager The people there are beyond amazing The office and facilities are excellent Is a very stable workplace
Cons
The pay is average at best, but usually below average Biggest con is management (depends on the team) my team’s direct manager was very unprofessional, multiple team members and even new hires had the same problems but no one had a chance to reach out with a complaint 1. He Bullied his own team members and called it “joking” even after her was directly told it was unacceptable 2. Participated in and encouraged gossiping about almost everyone in the company from management and his own team members to office workers 3. Insulted a senior team member behind their backs in front of other team member/s 4. Wasted so much time in meetings on sidetalks, gossips, smoking or his own personal stories 5. Held so many unnecessary one-to-ones with everyone 6. Introduced a consistent sense of false urgency which created a highly stressful environment -even though he wasted so much time as mentioned- 7. Played favorites so loudly and encouraged “gang mentality” where he purposely made team members feel uncomfortable and left out 8. He never acknowledged wins until his employees were quitting and he was trying to retain them 9. He never mentored any of the new-hires on his team, and never shared needed resources that allowed his team members to possibly grow 10. He also had a very high turn over rate -he had 3 of his team leave on probation periods- and 3 others leaving afterwards and he always twisted the reasons of why people were leaving his team so he doesn’t face consequences of his own poor management
