Pros
1. Good clients (but the truth is none of the clients are happy, so not sure about the future) 2. Good for beginners
Cons
1. Two-year bond (you don't even get an experience certificate if you break the bond) 2. Strict timings (no matter whether you stayed late night or not) 3. No organizational structure 4. Lack of good leaders (most of the higher level employees are started their career in the same company, they don't even know how to run a good software company) 5. No Vision (Ask any higher level employee/management they have no clue!) 6. Salaries are paid on 7th of each month 7. No other perks (not even a coffee) 8. You will not find any smart people, especially in management ( literally no one) 9. Poor management
