Easy way to gain Experience, all holidays, birthday and weekends off. Easy work and the employees are nice.

Cons

Under paid, leadership isn’t accountable, full of nepotism and do as I saw not as I do. High school culture. No role for growth or advancement.

Pros

Your birthday is considered a holiday and you get the day off.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Toxic work environment. Poor training. Employees are not valued. Executives only care about the money they make and not the employees. They reel you in by promising all these great things in the beginning.
