I worked night shift so: It was pretty laid back Nice Team Members

Cons

Working night shift you ever know when the belt will stop. Some managers are lazy and ride around in the forklift or golf cart the whole shift.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, and open door policy all help. Occasional opportunities for advancement. Can be a very fun job at times.

Cons

Unprofessional management. Too many office politics. Lots of favoritism. Unless you're the favorite of some upper-management, don't expect to get promoted. Many of the dock workers are unreliable, and HR rarely terminates employees based on performance. Extremely heavy work load during holiday season.
