Pros
-They always have promotions because the first hire within by moving us up. Even at the level I was at, there were still positions higher so upward mobility is not an issue.
-They have the admin contract for multiple centers so transferring to another center could easily be possible if you move.
-The PM team and HR team is always in contact.
-Work and current/future expectations are always made clear.
-Every three months there is a check-in with both us and our customer which I absolutely appreciate.
-All the benefits are gives (disability, health and life insurance, 401k) etc.
-Overtime is NOT allowed. When you are done with work-the expectation is that you stop working!!!
