Pros

My personal experience has been one of growth and opportunity. I work on a team of folks who support and encourage each other to be our best selves. The company was founded by two women who still work here and I find their business journey to be inspirational. FedUp Foods and the Buchi brand have experienced a lot of growth and it feels exciting to be a part of it. I feel like there are only good things on the horizon and I’m glad I made the decision to work here. I feel like my time, energy, and work is acknowledged and valued at FedUp Foods.

Cons

I can't think of any cons related to my job at this time.

Pros

Employees actually matter here. They also want to promote work life balance. Everyone is treated like an actual human even though it is a production/manufacturing environment. They encourage you to use your PTO and take care of yourself. They are also continuously growing and making healthy business decisions. It is great to be somewhere that makes you feel valued and know that your job is secure.

Cons

The company has grown very quickly. Because of this there has been some adjustment needed as we refine processes, develop better training methods and work on communication. Sometimes the change can be fairly close together, causing some confusion. Things have improved a lot in the last year and a half.
