Pros

Federal Job, Offices, Benefits, Good people, Good mission, Midtown offices. It's a real chance to see how a small agency works in the federal government.

Cons

The structure of the Commission leads to an engine stall throughout the agency. The result is that division leaders do not deal with agendas or anything of consequence. Otherwise their work will get lost in a limbo of three-to-three votes.

Pros

Had great bosses at commissioner level.

Cons

Everything else, commission should not exist as speech should not be regulated.
