      Pros

      If you're going to work in the accounting department, I can't really think of a single pro other than some of your coworkers.

      Cons

      This was probably the worst job of my entire time in the workforce and it was primarily because of the accounting managers. One of the supervisors ruled as a total tyrant by intimidation and nitpicking. Micromanagement would be an understatement. I don't think I met anyone that was actually happy in the department.

      It's getting harder all the time to come up with pros The employees are great to work with most of the time

      Cons

      Low pay, no team atmosphere, salesman are held in high regard but everyone else are not, the great reviews on this site are there because someone within the company asked them to submit them because of their poor ratings

      Pros

      Some of the staff that aren't related to the owner are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor pay rate for the job requirements , threats of termination if you can't comply with massive schedule changes at the last minute, raise freezes for several year stints so that the owners can purchase a ranch home in Montana for their summer home, most of the company profits feed the hobbies of the owners, family of the owners soaking up payroll checks but never actually setting foot in facility or interacting with any level of business, employees being terminated so that don't reach retirement, poor quality of product being installed for large retail price, having to be away from family for week long stints, poor leadership.
