Nothing is concrete; benefits are never on paper. After being laid off, I was sent a check for $0.17 for a "matching program" I never was told about. It is a call center, you are to "look businesslike" at all times while waiting for the phone to ring. The job used to be focused on customer satisfaction, now the emphasis is on completing the call within specified minutes.

THE worst leader anyone can have. Leadership and mentoring skills are non existent. Speaks in a condescending manner to staff. Pompous and LOUD! Bullies and intimidates team members by bombastic voice and position. Others who have worked with this leader for a different company said the same thing. It’s too bad, because FWG could do better.
