Received a paycheck and some coworkers made it bearable.

Cons

Constant changes. Micro Management. People like to sit back and let someone else do all the work. Management doesn't know the job enough and jumps to scolding before investigating the issue first. Favorites, what some get reprimanded for others that do the same thing don't get reprimanded.
